Amy Goldberg has devoted her entire career to the business of communications and public speaking.
For the past 15 years she has guided business professionals, community leaders and industry representatives in learning to build strengths and correct weaknesses in their presentation and media skills. Amy works with CEOs, CFOs and management personnel of well-known and respected corporations. She has traveled to Europe and Israel to work with leading executives for whom English is not their first language. She develops a special rapport with the highest-level managers, who call upon her services year after year.
Amy has extensive background in radio and television. After graduating from NYU School of the Arts in 1973, she became a producer at WMCA , the first all-talk radio station in the country. She then worked at WCBS-FM as the public affairs director, a position that involved producing and conducting on-air interviews and features. After a brief stint at WNBC TV, Amy focused on public relations and began to direct special media projects for nonprofit groups.
In 1984, Amy became the first New York regional director for AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee). After honing her skills as a public speaker and lobbyist, she spent five years organizing community activists and giving speeches on a weekly basis to groups of all sizes.
